6/16/09: Sean will be traveling around Colorado the next couple weeks for an upcoming book that he is working on and for New Zealand preparation.

3/14/09: We are in expedition training again and traveling from peak to peak in order to train for another New Zealand and Antarctica expedition coming this summer and fall. Please stay tuned.

12/4/08: Mission Complete! Sean is back from Antarctica and the snowboard expedition of a lifetime. Please check back soon for photos and trip reports in the Antarctica sections.

10/28/08: The ship broke down and we are delayed as we wait for a new one. This expedition will now continue through late November. Cheers!

We are in final preparation for the Antarctica expedition and are currently lining up all satellite broadcasts to schools, foundations, and children's hospitals. The latest to join the Powder Lines team is CHOC Hospital - Children's Hospital Orange County, California. A live satellite feed will air to CHOC through their Radio Lollipop station in the hospital. The air dates for this feed are set for November 6, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. PST. In addition CHOC kids will be following the expedition through the daily blog to be posted soon.
